Shipping policy

Freight/Delivery:

Freight is payable on all deliveries. 

Ensure your goods are correct and on the invoice. 

  • If there is any damage, do inform us at Ingrammi within 24 hours of delivery as any subsequent claims cannot be accepted. 

If any damage occurs after the point of delivery or goods collection the responsibility falls to the purchaser. 

We work hard to meet delivery deadlines but where those aren't met, we do not take any responsibility for damages, loss, or delays arising from the work of the delivery company.
